As hotel owners and professional operators, Our plan is to make Sunflower Hospitality a long-term ownership‑driven management company. We know what it takes to build a winning team, operate a successful hotel and deliver outstanding guest services.

Sunflower Hospitality was established to bring structure, skills, accountability, and strategies to successfully manage our family-owned hotels. Our leadership team brings decades of experience in hotel operations, asset management, hospitality finance, and franchise relations.

Our goal is to operate each property efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with brand expectations. We support our hotel managers with skills, strategies, and reinvesting in product. we maintain quality to satisfy our guests and brand improvement initiatives.

We acquire and develop new properties in Markets where we identify new opportunities and where we can be part local communities. For each new hotel project, we tailor our management model to satisfy the property’s unique attributes, and provide pleasant stay experience for our guests.
